Villa La Source is a spacious tropical villa located in the prestigious Jardins de la Baie Orientale neighborhood, just steps from the famous Orient Bay. Designed to host 12 to 6 guests, it offers generous space, comfort, and a peaceful, secure setting — ideal for families and groups of friends. Each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. Outside, guests can enjoy a sunny private pool, loungers, shaded chill-out areas, and a fully equipped open kitchen perfect for cooking, grilling, and sharing long Caribbean evenings. Located right inside Jardins de la Baie Orientale, the villa is just minutes from the beach, beach bars, restaurants, and all the vibrant atmosphere that makes Orient Bay one of Saint Martin’s most loved destinations

I would like to thank all the economic stakeholders who contributed to the success of this project. First and foremost, FEDER, for its support, credibility, and influence with other financial partners, who provided me with invaluable guidance. I also want to highlight all the Saint Martin-based companies that, through their work, have created a visually appealing and welcoming environment for the guests we will be receiving. This project involved implementing a series of improvements that have enhanced and modernized my business, La Source Guest House.
The location was excellent. The villa is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, all within walking distance of restaurants and about a 15-minute walk from the beach. The pool was well maintained, and several amenities were provided to make our stay easier as vacationers (beach towels, oils, spices, coffee pods, sugar, etc.). Orient Bay remains a beautiful destination, and Villa La Source is a great choice for a group, even without renting a car.
